Known for our strong local presence, forward-thinking leadership, and unwavering commitment to agent growth and innovation, we are looking for an exceptional Assistant Broker to help lead our next chapter of expansion.

Position Overview:

The Assistant Managing Broker will support the Principal Broker in managing day-to-day brokerage operations while taking charge of recruiting, training, sales development, and transaction oversight. This role is ideal for a team-oriented professional who thrives in a leadership position and is eager to help scale both agent count and production.

Required Qualifications:

Active Georgia Broker’s License

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Team Lead or Assistant Managing Broker

Extremely proficient in Lofty CRM — including smart plans, lead routing, pipeline management, automation, and performance reporting

Strong background in agent recruitment, training, and development

Proven experience in transaction coordination and management

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, communication, and follow-through skills

Outgoing and energetic, with the ability to build rapport and motivate agents

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, interview, and onboard producing agents

Train agents on sales systems, marketing strategies, and Lofty CRM utilization

Monitor and manage all transactions from contract to close for compliance and efficiency

Assist the Principal Broker with office operations, agent performance tracking, and business strategy

Create and manage agent development plans and accountability systems

Collaborate on marketing and lead generation initiatives

Ensure all contracts and documents are accurate and compliant with company and state standards
